Loan Assistance Tool
On October 26, 2022, FSA launched a new online tool to help producers better navigate the farm loan application process. This uniform application process will help to ensure all farm loan applicants receive equal support and have a consistent customer experience with USDA.
The Loan Assistance Tool provides applicants needing agricultural financing, with an online, interactive, plain language, step-by-step guide to:
-
- Help assess their eligibility for farm loans.
- Direct them to the appropriate loan types for their situation and a comprehensive documentation checklist noting what should be gathered.
- Assist them with the completion of all appropriate loan application forms while minimizing duplicate information requests.
For your convenience we have provided several services online. If you are new to the site and would like to obtain a USDA Service Center Customer ID and password, please Register now. Several online services do not require an ID and password.
USDA eAuthentication is the system used by USDA agencies to enable customers to obtain accounts that will allow them to access USDA Web applications and services via the Internet. This includes things such as submitting forms electronically, completing surveys online, and checking the status of your USDA accounts.
Please note that USDA will only accept eAuthentication Accounts from individuals.
Currently USDA eAuthentication does not have the mechanism to issue accounts to businesses, corporations or other entities.
To apply for a USDA eAuthentication Account, please visit the Create An Account Page.
Electronic Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) & Price Loss Coverage (PLC) Service
eARC/PLC allows producers to choose a payment option, assign crop shares, and sign and submit their contract(s) online. Producers no longer have to travel to their local FSA office to complete these tasks and can view and print submitted contracts at any time.
Farmers.gov (FSAfarm+)
With Farmers.gov (FSAfarm+), producers will have web access to view their FSA data such as the common land unit data, related farm data, and other producer information. This data will be available in real time and at no cost to the producer. This functionality allows operators and owners to view, export and print farm records data, including maps, from their own home through a public facing web portal. Direct access will permit the operators and owners to electronically share their data, which could include maps, with a crop insurance agent, from their own personal computer.
eForms
Why go down to your local service center - go here to find the forms you need and submit them electronically.
Electronic Field Office Technical Guide (eFOTG)
The eFOTG contains technical information about the conservation of soil, water, air, and related plant and animal resources. Please be advised that if you click the link you will be directed to the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) website.
Financial Inquiries (FI) Application

The Financial Inquiries application will assist producers and authorized representatives with inquiries on the following:
- Debt
