Physical loss loans can help producers repair or replace damaged or destroyed physical property essential to the success of the agricultural operation, including livestock losses. Examples of property commonly affected include essential farm buildings, fixtures to real estate, equipment, livestock, perennial crops, fruit and nut bearing trees and harvested or stored crops and hay.

Triggering Disaster: Winter storm that occurred on Feb. 8 to Feb. 20, 2021

Application Deadline: November 8, 2021

Primary Counties Eligible:

All 77 Oklahoma counties.

Contiguous Counties also Eligible:

  • Arkansas: Benton, Crawford, Little River, Polk, Scott, Sebastian, Sevier and Washington
  • Colorado: Baca
  • Kansas: Barber, Chautauqua, Cherokee, Clark, Comanche, Cowley, Harper, Labette, Meade, Montgomery, Morton, Seward, Stevens and Sumner
  • Missouri: McDonald and Newton
  • New Mexico: Union
  • Texas: Bowie, Childress, Clay, Collingsworth, Cooke, Dallam, Fannin, Grayson, Hansford, Hardeman, Hemphill, Lamar, Lipscomb, Montague, Ochiltree, Red River, Sherman, Wheeler, Wichita and Wilbarger.
