Underserved or beginning farmers and ranchers who cannot obtain commercial credit from a bank can apply for FSA direct or guaranteed loans.
Deadline Approaching in Montana for SBA Working Capital Loans Due to Drought
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Associate Administrator Francisco Sánchez of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Recovery & Resilience today reminded small nonfarm businesses in 10 Montana counties of the Feb. 26, deadline to apply for an SBA federal disaster loan for economic injury. These low-interest loans are to offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by drought in the following primary counties that began May 2.
